More Fade-Touched

In Dragon Age: Inquisition, all fade-touched masterwork crafting materials have a 1% chance to drop or be gathered. You could collect hundreds of standard materials and still never find a single fade-touched one, let alone the one you actually want.

This mod increases the fade-touched drop and gathering rate from metal deposits and loot drops. You're still at the mercy of RNG, but it's now much more forgiving.

Versions 0.1-0.3 of this mod have fixed drop rates as listed on the download tab.
Version 0.4 is a new customizable version of the mod that lets players set their own drop rates for FT metals, cloths, and leathers.

Note: Drops for fate-touched cloth and leather are tied to story progression and won't appear until (I assume) you complete the Arcanist quest and unlock masterwork crafting. Fate-touched metal can be gathered from the start.

While poking around, I also noticed that certain materials (Blue Vitriol, Drakestone, Iron, Lazurite, and Nevarrite) have no second fade-touched variant set to drop. The same might apply to some cloth and leather types. I wasn't able to fix this.
Drop rates for all standard materials remain unchanged: 100% for mined metals, 20% for cloth drops, and 50–75% for leathers (generally).

This mod hasn't been extensively tested yet, but I've confirmed that the drop rate for Fade-Touched metal has gone up. I got 3 Fade-Touched Iron from the deposits around Haven.
This mod has been fairly well tested and seems to work properly. Version 0.4 is new and still undergoing testing. Please report any issues.
