Command Extender

This mod adds a few functions that can be used in GECK scripting, and includes game patches to fix engine bugs.
These are mostly ported from JazzIsParis' JIP LN NVSE plugin.

Bugfixes

• Gaining XP above level 99 no longer crashes the game.
• Equipped item no longer plays equip sound.
• Console fully functions when a controller is connected.
• Disabling controller vibration, either via the Settings Menu or by setting bGamePadRumble=0 in FalloutPrefs.ini, now works as intended—completely disabling all motor vibrations (which should significantly extend your battery life).
• Fix dead actors T-posing during loading
• Fix lag when the target HP bar updates. Particularly noticeable with uncapped framerate or high fire-rate weapons.
• Total player DR updates when a vendor repairs a worn item. 
• Fix player placed marker not working properly in modded child worldspaces.
  

Extra features:

• FalloutCustom.ini May now be created in the game's user folder (%USERPROFILE%\Documents\My Games\Fallout3). Settings included in this file will override the values defined in Fallout.ini or FalloutPrefs.ini. This allows modifying the game's configuration files without directly editing them. It also ensures that any INI tweaks will persist and will not be reset or discarded by a mod manager or the default launcher.
• Search Command may be used in console to find form IDs.
• Runtime Editor IDs: GECK Editor IDs can now be used in the game console (e.g. "player.additem weap10mmpistol") and in scripts via the EditorIDToFormID function. Additionally, Editor IDs now appear when you select an unnamed reference in the game console.
• The CenterOnCell (coc) command now accepts FormIDs.
  

Requirements
Game version 1.7.0.3 - if you're on Steam, you'll need to launch the Anniversary Patcher.
FOSE v1.3 b2 - Make sure you have the correct version of FOSE. Reports about FOSE failing to load will be ignored.

Installation
Use Mod Organizer 2/Nexus Mod Manager/FOMM, or manually extract the .zip file into your Fallout 3 'Data' folder.
The final path will be Fallout 3 GOTY / Data / FOSE / Plugins / CommandExtender.dll
