Mod Introduction
use this bypass pack to set up your fallout 3 game files to play on an intel graphics card.
Use this workaround to run Fallout 3 properly on Intel integrated graphics.

I'm glad this workaround has helped so many people get their game going, even 8+ years after I've posted it.
